All Stars Talent Agency charges are listed below with examples

15% of gross wages are deducted as the agency fee on bookings.
For example,
All Stars Talent Agency charges a 15 % fee on gross income. The production pays the client $15.00 per hour. The following calculation ensures that the client receives at least minimum wage plus vacation pay:
Hourly rate $15.00
+ 4% vacation pay $0.60
Total $15.60
– 15 % agency fee ($2.34)
= Amount received by client $13.26 per hour
* Sometimes we can’t charge 15% because that would lead to performer getting paid less than minimum wage. For instance, rate paid to Non-union performers AFTER talent agency fee deduction is minimum wage + 4% vacation pay
For example,
Productions pay a rate of $12.00/hr for its client. Since the client must receive at least $11.28 an hour (minimum wage of $10.85 plus vacation pay) after agency fees have been paid, the All Stars Talent Agency fee cannot exceed $1.20 an hour, or 10% fee of the agreed-upon wage rate.
Hourly rate $12.00
4% vacation pay $ 0.48
Total hourly rate $12.48
Less agency fee ($1.20)
Total received by client $11.28 per hour
GST in amount of 5% from All Stars Talent Agency fee
(for example Agency fee is $7. GST in this case will be $0.35)
Annual $25 photo fee deducted from your first paycheck each year
